I haven't seen anything other than the fact that all of the "pure Cisco ISPs" can now purchase a complete network from Cisco. Before this purchase I had heard (and seen mention) that PairGain was being tested by U.S. West in their xDSL network. U.S. West is a very strong Cisco shop (as are a lot of people) and after the purchase I wasn't surprised to see U.S. West installing NetSpeed gear here in Salt Lake City.

I have seen a couple of reviews that don't give the equipment very high marks ... and from my experience here in SLC they don't work well in marginal copper plants.
