***********TO EVERYONE***************** Mr. Davis, I took your suggestion and went to the website of your publication and I looked but could not find you statement that you are a Registered Investment Advisor . Nor did I find any Certified Financial Analyst rating. Under present securities regulations aren't you supposed to register with the authorities when you proffer investment advice? I don't think a MBA from Harvard is sufficient. Just to make sure my intuition is correct on these matters I will confer with the legal department of my firm tomorrow. After all, the legal staff of a major brokerage firm should be able to tell me if I need special training and special licenses in order to go out and talk up large and small companies. Best,
