I, too would like to hear a well-presented case for cobalt vs iron catalysts for conversion of natural gas. There was some extensive discussion here a few months ago, but the pro-cobalt folks didn't present anything very convincing. Now we are even hearing that SLHO's process may be dangerous and/or unreliable. Could it be that TX wants RNTK for bottoms as well as extensive research into a competitive iron-based GTL process? This is a great thread for such a discussion, as it appears that final conclusions are still beyond any experts' reach.
