If anybody has a contact at NewKid, you
could tell them this: The kids were lined
up playing on a dozen Playstations in the
mall today. Disney has some kind of promo
going for their Pixar bug movie coming out
around Thanksgiving, the game they were
playing was Disney's.

Newkid ought to come out with a bug game,
I was surprised at the very young age of
some if the kids--there were four year olds
who looked perfectly adept at handling the
Playstation controller.

I've felt that the Elmo thing could be a real
winner, people don't want their kids playing on
their PC, and it is too much effort to maintain
a PC for yourself and one for the kids. But leave
a Playstation downstairs in front of the TV, and
you're all set--however there is a dearth of
edutainment titles for console as far as I can tell.

Elmo is great, but do a deal for the bugs!

Here is something else I thought of today: What kind
of a cut is Data Becker getting for the add ons? That
might have been a good question to ask before I bought
my second third a few weeks ago. By the way, I discovered
DataChannel's website the other day, check it out, very
nice.

Anything new on the NG's? Havent read the xml newsgroup
lately--will post later today if I find anything.
And...a good article to read
