Talking abou fair value, well in SanFrancisco, a 800 SQFT apartment, the asked price is $300K, and people keep buying, while the same apartment in Columbus Missouri is $40K, well, do you think the same apartment in SanFrancisco is over valued or the
one in Columbus is under valued ? It is demand and supply. There are more demands in San Francisco, and less or no demand in Columbus of Missouri, that makes the price, and the market. So, the fair value for MSFT on Aug 1st is $109, and for CSCO is $95 !!!!!!!!!!!!
