Harold, I agree with everything you said. I would also attribute the move to two in the example I gave to the company announcement. I was just giving this as an example of how multiple forces could affect the price simultaneously. I think that in this example its pretty easy to determine that the company announcement was the determining factor. But in other situations the decision might not be so clear cut. That's why we need a 3 judge panel.
