Gentlemen: Begging your pardon, the U.S. Federal Reserve Bank is not a bank, nor is it a constituted
agent of the U.S. government. It is a banking cartel. And a cartel in every sense of the word. The
name of the organisation is an intentional misnomer, a contrivance.

The Bank of England was also once a private organization. Once all banks there could issue their own banknotes and the Scottish Banks still do. But today it is effectively a government agency. This is in return for it's monopoly on the ability to create money.

I'll look into these issues now you've raised them.
