Anyone wishing to participate in Digital Rivers IPO should simply purchase TSQD (Tech Squared). TSQD owns 3.2 million shares of Digital River and has 10,000,000 in the float. If DR trades in the after market at a measley 20 bucks.....HIGHLY UNLIKELY! TSQD would be valued at 9-10. TSQD is currently trading at 5 7/8 and traded as high as 7 5/8 last week. We shall certainly see 11-13 over the next week or two.
