anyone, why do you want to continue to make an ass of yourself? I have no fate to avoid. You refuse to clarify your position. You accuse me of name calling. You claim to be honest, but then deny that you said what you clearly did say. You make vague references to court decisions, but if you interpret them in the same illogical fashion that you interpreted the Kahn story, then I am sure you are leaving out substantial details. You avoided giving any details of the cases that you claim support your argument. Further, even if I were to assume that you have interpreted the decisions correctly, it does not mean that they will be upheld on appeal. Barb
