But no one (essentialy) told you to stuff it did, they? Rod requested that we stop arguing, IMO, part of your post to him was uncalled for. You could have just said, "I feel that this is on topic", and left it at that. However you decided that you wanted to be a bully. How sad for you. Whether or not the case is reversed on appeal is not important, IMO, at this juncture. What is important is that the courts have decided at this time a certain way. I will guide my postings by what I believe is proper. You do what you want. I am not telling you not to, I am suggesting that if you are wrong, it will be an expensive lesson.
