Note the date of the EDGAR, over a month ago. This is the
reorganization plan, as far as I can see. If you read it it
says (to me, anyway) You have X dollars in debt, you have Y
dollars in assets, and if you sign over your assets I will cover
your debts. Otherwise, ciao. Where is the 'conspiracy'? Companies
are formed all the time to buy and sell assets of other companies.
This transaction was approved by the IMS Board.

Is this the first awareness of this information on this thread?
The comment period is roughly half over! If you have an alternative
reorganization plan, with check, now is the time to make it known
to the court.
