Post 617 had the discussion of the 12-14 million dollar information on it. As to the earnings, the write-offs, to me at least, are now old news. The stock certainly has to reflect the earnings warning announcement. I am now looking for a turnaround in Zygo's customer base to reflect Zygo's turnaround. I think the earnings announcement will just confirm how quickly things can change at a high-tech company. I will be monitoring Zygo's cash situation closely to see how long they can weather this storm. John
