I really can't see $2.00 share on this, with the number of shares at 600 MILLION that would mean this is a company with a value of 1 & 1/4 BILLION dollars, I doubt if anyone believes this is possible with the small amount of income that will come from the Belize project, (est. to be .0001 cents per share, and this Vegas spin off that only has a four month track record, even if they do have 500 million a year in mortgages, the income (based on 7 percent would be 35,000,000 a year, which would then take 34 & 1/2 years to earn 1.2 billion, with no expenses, $2.00 is very unrealistic, maybe .20 if all the news is true and all things work out, which will not happen overnight, but instead take years to develop.
