Frank, My God. I can tell you haven't read the latest court filings. This is a public company. We've been telling/reminding you of that for months. Frank, its basic, you can't sell the majority of assets without a shareholder vote. The board of directors must hold an official vote Frank. Frank we had almost a million ready within 48 hrs of the board vote for Ch 11! We've had a plan with sufficient cash/investors to back it up for months! We all know why our group has been thwarted, and its been so easy to demonstrate. I can tell you don't care what I have to say now. But I care about what you are doing. dd
