EQ -- My understanding is that Avalon's technology, hard though it may be to believe, has significant advantages over the competition's. If they can sign a manufacturing/marketing/service agreement with a larger company and get their kiosks out into the marketplace ASAP, they can probably claim a little piece of an exponentially growing market. I agree that 20M shares is too many, but it's not the biggest issue right now. The shares are so tightly held ($4,000 worth of buying takes it from .13-.23 to .20-.30!?) that any kind of demand should be able to sop up this year's warrants, and if it hits a plateau at 1.00 I'll be glad to worry about that problem then. If they issue lots and lots of new shares over the next couple of years, they can work on the capitalization later on. IMO, a 1:3 reverse when the share price stalls at .95 should be the least of my life's worries [g]. --Eric

BTW I do NOT believe AVAL is a scam and never did.... well, maybe for a couple of minutes in Oct.-Nov. [g].
