Jeff, According to Disclosure (a type of research firm) scriptel has 24,003,887 shares outstanding as of 7.31.96. Officers and directors hold 3,832,314 of those. There are a reported 1600 shareholders and the fiscal year ends 12.31. I am not sure how much revenue will increase for each unit sold, but I hope that it will help any way possible.
