Gee, I have lost money in the market before, but I cannot recall being EXTINGUISHED before. It doesn't feel very good!

Now tell me, if you can, Zorro or someone else, are corporate bankruptcies sometimes denied if fraud is alleged? I understand that shareholders are going to make a lot of noise, but is there any precedent for prevailing in a situation like this?
