You are probably correct. Their technology may well have an edge. However if you do not have something proprietary in nature such as a patent where do you go? The competition can duplicate you, and out market, and promote while you protest loudly, "but, but, I invented that. My machine is better!" This while the competition eats your lunch. Why am I concerned about price? Easy in the public arena you have the opportunity to use stock to raise money and for acquisitions. If the stock price is too low you get huge dilution. Then as you so correctly say the company must reverse split. Then the market forces drive the price down. Meanwhile no acquisitions. Running a Public Company requires knowledge, structure and entrepreneurship of the first order if you are to succeed in this dog eat dog world. Does AVAL have this?
