I've watched the posts today concerning this issue and saw conflicting assumptions and answers: Would like to hear both J.S. and BD repsonses to these simplified questions. the first FIVE answers are important to me and also the objectivity of the posters The others are just my curiosity. I will do my own research about this. Never depend solely on what you hear on the internet. Motives on both sides can be vague or emotionally charged. Do the posts pertain to CYGS, the company? Do the posts pertain to Mike Skillern as an employee of CYGS? Did M.Skillern testimony result in any criminal record for him? Was M.Skillern granted immunity or did he speak freely? Was the $100,000 suit against CYGS? Who was the plantiff on the judgement,the state or another company? What was final actual amount vs. original amount? Does that company trade publically?
