John,

ALK plummeted 4.25 to close at 42.13 Friday and has tanked for 7.93 on the week. According to Sunday's Right Line Split Report, the airline sector has taken some major losses the last two weeks and in general appear to be basing at their lows in a consolidation effort before a new attempt at an uptrend. They suggest it may be better to see a firm reversal in the form of rising prices that hold before reestablishing positions in the airline stocks. Although they all look ugly right now, do to the low prices, it would be good to keep an eye on them for signs of a reversal to pick them up on the cheap.

I think that I will follow their advise and wait to see if they are able to move up and hold the higher price before I jump back in again.

Good Luck,

Dick
