If Quarterdeck is delisted, it does not mean the company is "gone," but it certainly would be a step in the wrong direction.

Although the MMs can impact the bid/ask, and thus could possibly help QDEK hit the $1 listing minimum again, there's nothing they can do to affect the net tangible assets NASDAQ listing requirement.

Does this mean I won't have to pay large capital gains this year? <g> Seriously, there's a whole world of investors out there (myself included) that have done very well at times by buying stock after the good news is out. (Granted, they're not likely to be 10 baggers).
