I don't think that one post would qualify as far
as the SEC is concerned.
I believe that they are looking for a pattern.
I think, (seriously), a better example would be to see if anything is done to some of the better known posters on SI.
BTW, there was a poster on SI that did get charged by the SEC.
The tie to this thread is that he was charged, and he is a SI poster.
It's not important his name, his case has not been decided yet, as far as I know.
