I am not back pedaling.
IMO..You refuse to see the truth.
That is not my problem, it is yours.
I have posted links in support of what my ideas were, I believe.

Lets look at a different example.
I say that if you make threats against someone on the internet, you run the risk of going to jail.
If you believe that freedom of speech protects you, then make threats against people.
I think you will be sorry you did.
You think no,I think yes, you think no, I think yes, and on and on.
So how do we find out?
The only way, I guess, is for you to start doing it.
If you get reported to the FBI, and end up in court, I guess you will say I am right.
Now, if freedom of speech does not protect you when making threats, why do you believe that making false statements for manipulative purposes is any different?
I believe that is against the law also.
I posted a link, and I believe that what is in the link, supports my contention.
I posted a link to SI terms of use.
That paragraph says that SI will not allow you to post anything you want.
I have never posted that I am the one that decides what can be posted or not.
I did post that if I read posts that I believed were fraudulent, I would forward them to the SEC.
The kicker here is, you don't tell me what I think is fraudulent, I decide that.
Finally, just because any given poster does't get popped, doesn't mean that whatever a person says is okay.
The state troopers don't give all speeders tickets, do they?
