Medical Technology & Innovations Inc announced today that the Company continues its aggressive roll out of the MTI PhotoScreener(TM). Following the hiring of Lehman Millet, Inc., a competent firm from Boston with experience in marketing new-to-market medical devices, the Company enjoyed a very successful time at the American Academy of Pediatricians Conference where over 150 leads were recorded that required immediate follow up from our sales force. Additionally, the press conference that was held at the Head Start/Healthy Start meeting identified one serious disorder in a child who the week before was pronounced as having good eye sight by the Head Start/Healthy Start nurse at that location. This is consistent with medical data and clinical research that has stated that over one in twenty children will suffer a serious eye problem as a result of serious vision problems not being detected in the first three years of life.
