Actually, I have SI enforce those rules probably more than you think. So far they have ruled in my favor in each case. I have an intolerance to insidious drivel and will bust anyone driveling on my reading space. Though the ultimate choice is not mine to make it is the SI culture that prevails and I like it they way it is!

I was just pointing out that one can choose to get the boot.

I do not believe that SI members can manipulate stocks. However, there may be an underground investment club that may have an influence on stock prices. But that is in the domain of the unknown and imagination.
