William. This is a slippery slope. So - AMZN is a service business ? I thought it was an online retailer. The service it provides now is a listing of books and music (and other goods in the future) coupled with informative reviews and a community that discusses this. However, they make money when I buy the book there. So, I'd like to call all the rest of the stuff "customer support". They are selling goods - not the service. PS: I am neither long nor short AMZN and am too scared to do either.
