First... the free version is posted at 6AMish PDT every friday AM on many news services--Comtex to name the one that I've found the delayed version upon in times past--and said numbers for entire list are repeated at 1:PMish PDT same day. It gives one a freebie look as of Wed prior. Second... Market Vane, owner of said BC has been conducting his survey of the same 150 individual traders for about 30 years...and that is how he keeps his pulse on things. Third... His subscription comes to private email nightly, and is accompanied by succint and helpful interps...learning the lingo takes a few re-reads but worth the effort. Fourth, Usually 15%=oversold and 85% as overbought on a separate graphic program...(lotus/excel, etc) as trading bands on about 40 different commodities. Fifth, Most of us construct a 10wk MA and plot that, plus apply a homebrew stochastic to confirm suspected COTs when alerted to possibilities of same via the nightly update. Sixth...
