Why am I not surprised. Another certifiable blunder. Osicom acquired a company that happened to go belly up. "Par" for the course.

In the conference call Osicom mentioned it was Coast Business Credit. If they aren't in the business of holding stock then why did Osicom issue them warrants over 2 years ago? What would you call that?

The CFO told you he is going to acquire stock in Osicom privately over the telephone. Did he tell you what day? What price he will buy at? Where is the SEC when we need them?
