Dan, The only way that you would get a better return on buying SRA rather than ASND is from the closing of the gap from the current price to 0.75 X ASND. (the difference is from the chance that one of the companies backs out) Factoring this out, one gets the same rate of return with SCA as with ASND. For example, if ASND rises from 44 to 54 (one would get a return of 23%) and SCA would go from 33 to 40.5 -- once again a return of 23%. Cheers
