Maybe I can help you out on this one.... You are on the bashing side with the rest of your friends. The issues as the currently stand are:- The Bashers It is your job to try and stop any new investors from investing in the stock because you don't like it. You must also turn a blind eye on the investors who have already invested cos they are going to be hurt severely. Reasons why you don't like it You feel that the financial and stock figures quoted in PR's are false and misleading. You feel that Dror is in league with Christiansen and that Gort and Guttman have not resigned their relationship with EDII and are still active. You feel that based on past filings and information dug up from EDGAR etc that some of the companies are in poor shape and will not be making profit for a considerable time. EDII Shareholders We feel that EDII is doing what it set out to do which is build a company through acquisitions. We feel that the companies that EDII have acquired all have strong medium to long term potential. We are waiting for the financials. We also feel that, based on the fact that there are shells out there with a higher price, the current EDII price is very low. Both sides agree that Gort and Guttman are sleeze. Well we have everyone else here so you may as well stay. The Emperor himself even made a quick appearance just to correct one of his pupils little typo errors. And yes you are right, the woodwork is nice here but I have a feeling that you lice are going to do their best to destroy it. ColinD
