So basically MU is telling us their Q1 gross revenue is flat while we know that Dram prices decreased significantly during the quarter. So the only logical explanation is that their unit volumes increased significantly to offset the decreases in average selling prices. But that doesn't mean they will have breakeven net income or better since they probably sold greater volumes of DRAM at below their cost to manufacture. I don't get it, MU is up $1.75 (so far) on this news. Am I missing something here or are fund managers real stupid? Is Mr. Reaper smarter than most fundamentalists here since Wall Street doesn't care about fundamentals? Regards, David
