ALERT!!!!!
I have been telling everyone that for the past few days that some very damning allegations have been levied at NVID. I said to use you head, not emotions to make decisions.
Since early Monday morning I have been on an exhaustive investigative search for the truth.
WELL, it fell out of the sky. I received a call from a party that wants to remain anonymous at this stage, but he has faxed enough evidence to me, that at this time I would have extreme reservation in affording any trust in NVID. AT ALL.
I am looking at Secretary of Delaware declaring NVID International a Null and Void Corporation as of
Mar. 1, 1996 for failure to pay taxes. I followed up and found that They owe $150,679.93. I called Bunte, he claims that a letter of good standing is being issued and he should have it in his receipt by tomorrow.
I asked if he paid his taxes, he said that he sent them $500.00 for some incidental back tax amount, but that it was taken care of. If it has, it was for a hell of lot more than $500.00
I also have evidence that shows Mr. Arata is a felon and served time for a drug conviction. Date of conviction is 3/7/83 sentenced to two years, served one. 1 count Marijauna 1 count Cocaine found guilty, served concurrently.
I have also received a fax showing the all the charges against Mr. Klenovic. It is 35 pages long, and I have not yet read thru all of this, but looks to be a familiar pattern.
In light of all the above, plus the unveiling of an extra 20 million shares, I would a highly recommend that you take Mr. Allens advice and run, not walk away from this company.
If they can prove that these charges have been settled, and that the shares are in error, along with substantiating any other claims, then and only then would I consider this company.
I am sorry that this is the conclusion I have drawn, but I am left with no other choice.
