Going through these post on Charles Zwebner, those shares are RESTRICTED shares, the short term profit rule is in effect and I will tell you all this if he sells those shares he is selling illegally. If the transfer agent is clearing these shares they are commiting a few illegal acts and fraud is just one of them. Now the MM that is handeling these trades must know that the trades he is executing must be reported to ACT Reporting and if they are and not declaring the position as they report , they have a problem all on their own. As for Zwebner and his pathedic apology a few months back this message is to inform you that the shares you appearently seam to be selling are restricted shares, you are an insider of the company and I have great attorneys that follow 13G and 16B filings that love to go to court, file NASD complaints and for all loyal shareholders of DCTC here is the address of the NASD. I am not sure if this lady still works there but its worth a letter.

Mrs. Ruth Brooks

Lets see what filing a complaint will do there and see if this selling is legal. I think the transfer agent would like to have this situation addressed as soon as possible and wouldn't have a problem turning over the opinion letters that they are receiving.
