NBC and GE Capital, also owned by General Electric, will invest a total of about $3 million for a 6 percent stake in closely held Intertainer, and will have the option to buy as much as 19 percent for about $75 million in the next 18 months, the paper said, citing figures unconfirmed by NBC.
