Concering Great Spirit Inc.

Not sure what the connection is between Glow and Great Spirit, but will ask Gary this question later, but what is clear from the press releases is that GSPI supposedly has a contract for management and other consultation arrangements. Glow has signed a contract for a software licencing fee. These are two very different items. Perhaps one explanation is that Glow does not want to be directly involved with the running of the internet gambling site. It seems a pretty good deal if Gary could sell his software to a number of sites, and collect 10% of the profits for very little effort. If memory serves me correctly didn't a company called Micro something make a bundle selling software. In any case, GSPI, is about the same as Glow, no sec filings yet, doesn't even have a phone number, but guess what, share price is up 35% today because a PRELIMINARY Agreement has been reached on July 30th. Hey BOb, I'm sure you can go dig up some dirt on these guys.

Its interesting Glow signs similar deals, and actually reports they have a signed deal, and the stock drops. GSPI tell us they might have a deal and their trading at 1.50.

Go FIGURE!!

Oh by the way, thanks Bob for your great DD. <<<<SARCASTIC
