At the same time, it's no secret that the biggest rewards come to those who get in at the lowest prices and hold to the highest prices. Fair question: "what is the lowest price". I "kept watching" Lucent and a number of stocks that I wish I had acted on at the beginning. Likewise, I jumped into some that I wish I never had. Certainly with hindsight I'd have waited until today to invest in Osicom. I'm still optimistic and believe that, short of stock manipulation or fraud, this company will be very profitable in 2 or 3 quarters.
