bgtit, Thanks for the detailed information on the subject of selling restricted stock. That is interesting that the restriction would be extended for one year if a purchaser buys restricted stock, I was not aware of this. Does this apply to purchases of all restricted stock, or did the SEC leave loopholes? It sounds like from the process you described that if our transfer agent was doing it's job that we would not be having a problem with restricted shares being sold, since from what you said those certificates would have been returned..is this accurate? James
