Zitel Awarded State Term Contract Agreement by the State of Florida August 3, 1998 8:01 AM EDT Master Agreement Authorizes Solicitation of Year 2000 Work With All State Agencies FREMONT, Calif., Aug. 3 /PRNewswire/ -- Jack H. King, Chief Executive Officer of Zitel Corporation (Nasdaq: ZITL), announced today that the Company has been selected as an approved Year 2000 service provider by the State of Florida. Richard G. Paone, Zitel Vice President of the Southeast Region, commented on the award, "The State Term Contract Agreement provides us the authority to bid on all Year 2000 project work for Florida State agencies, local governments and all other state organizations. We will begin identifying specific opportunities under this contract immediately."
