Anyone notice how the nasdaq always hangs around -19 or -29 for a long time when it moves. It's like it will go from -9 and hang for a while, then -19 and hang for a while then if it moves it will either go plus or minus 10 and stay. Is this index trading that does this? Are there options tied to index trading? Or is it just me? (Looks like the markets are starting to lighten up a little.)
