Great post Tom. Would the same guidance apply for sector mutual funds? Take the following time line for example- 1 - A sector turns up from below 30% 2- The 10week and hilo indicators turn up 3- The 30week indicator turns up 4- The OPTI turns up At what point would a sector mutual fund investor start taking a position?
