Clean: The original satellite for the ILC (initial launch capability) was to be Galaxy 11. The owner has reported it will reconfigure the sat, pushing the launch date to Jan 1999. No announcement has been made as to whether another satellite will be moved up to launch earlier. I dont know if Loral (launch services provider for G*) has lined up any Sea Launch rides. Jeff Vayda
