Electric: I have NO CONFIDENCE in discerning moves in Dell. That drop from 118 to 100 7/8 just wiped out my ability to call things. I think I can only buy when Dell is down and sell when it is up. Other than that, I am clueless. I wish for you that it goes to 115.
