If Sid is running this company, who is to be blamed for the "constant factional politics'? It seems to me that if Sid was an effective leader, he would have been able to solve these issues by getting all parties working together and thus convince Mr. Goth to stay. This did not happen! Why was Sid unable make it happen? Lets not blame Fred as he is gone!
