Henry I agree with this comment. "To those who criticize the present management for its inability to attract mining professionals, it was through managements efforts that Mr Goth was attracted to Naxos. It was after Mr Goth had a ring side seat for the constant factional politics of Naxos that he appears to have had second thoughts." If Sid is running this company, who is to be blamed for the "constant factional politics'? It seems to me that if Sid was an effective leader, he would have been able to solve these issues by getting all parties working together and thus convince Mr. Goth to stay. This did not happen! Why was Sid unable make it happen? Lets not blame Fred as he is gone!
