Well Paul, anyone can sign up for those programs. Just send MSFT some money and you can be a development partner. That hardly is news, though I am sure that Alan will play it for all it's worth. Now a quote from Bill Gates in that release saying that he is pleased with the inclusion of 11th Hour in their developer program as he thinks they have very important contributions to make and that he is excited about their technology - that would be news.
