Stocks that trade in the US are subject to SEC regulation, of course that is very obvious. How about IPMCF, trading with a listing on the CDN.
Definetely an American stock, not Canadian. You guys are lucky that the TSE followed up on that listing or it would still be trading today. heheheh.

IPMCF does trade, on the CDN of course

Criminals know the law very well. If you look at the stuff Asensio calls research you will realize just how clever some fraudulent promoters can be in avoiding prosecution. Reg So. offerings and floorless debentures ar the latest tools of the criminal set. The SEC often shuts down the scam, not until the shareholders have been ripped off. Look at RMIL. Look at MTEI.

Do not depend on the SEC to protect you from criminals. Find posters who mislead you, these posters have an agenda. Even when confronted with facts they keep hyping the agenda. It doesn't matter what others say, hype the agenda.

You do realize that as a Canadian I could care less about your SEC. I also think many people think the wild west days of the internet ar coming to an end. That level of international co-operation is not anywhere close to a reality.
