Glenn et al. this has been very interesting and enjoyable; good to see some new players in the game. My understanding of the patent assignment issue ie. Damadian to Fonar, has always been that it was a part of Fonars elaborate poison pill:(if you go after the Co without Dr. Damadian's blessing all you get is a very expensive shell). ps. the victor gets to rewrite the history, the problem is the game is still being played.
