To put the Magellin issue finally at rest (why am I spending so much time on this?) the company is Magellin Entertainment, Inc. It is in NO way associated with any company named Magellan. I verified this through corporate records. bmart - I still don't understand your interest in MDCE since I hear you don't own any stock. Are you doing DD because you plan to purchase MDCE, or are you trying spend your whole day frivolously warning us of fictitious monsters? Richard
