Well keeping with the poor logic!

(1) If Sid was a good leader he would not have not allowed Fred to cause the problem in the first place.

(2) If he was a good leader he would have been able to convince Goth to stay on with him knowing he had the power to kick Fred out. Yet Goth did not stay!
