Geoff: You de Man! if 51% of the present common is 14,689,000 the board controll of MDIN
can be had by it's stockholders at a "AGM" with the vote cast for a new board IMO. I wonder if there would be a way to take control of the company by a power move?
Anyone wish to guess of the 28,800,334 shares todate there were when this all started? Ie. total shares of common stock issued by the company back on Nov 01, 1996? Now what was the true value of the stock at that time? What was the fair market value of the stock at that time? Why ask that? Well it gives us the value of where we came from as to where we are. ie. 28,800,334 X .14 = $4,032,047 Fair Market Value as to today.
Now back in a past news rls. we saw the value assigned to the Chile projects at that time and the Canada project held by MDIN to be of a value of what over the present fair market value. Yet there is now a $24,000,000 project in the pot and much more so who puts fair market value on the company? The stockholders, tell you somthing? Or is it the stockmunipulators who hold the cards from the bottom of the deck?
Where are the facts from past news that mining operations were to start ? Where is this operation at anyway? How much gold is it pumping out monthly? IR.... Men of Management.... We are locked out of vital infromation again.... Is the Business Plan the same now as in the past? Yes Management should talk and very fast IMO. |
