Seems to me you should be short the rights. It wouldn't be the first time I've been given an incorrect answer by Datek. It's rather like calling the IRS - every time you call, you get a different answer! Since the rights expire in one month, though, if I were short, seems like I could just wait until the end of the month, and they'll be worthless. This is all quite interesting. I'll post an update, if I find out anything of interest during the month. Ken
